As a therapist, I work with clients struggling with anxiety daily, but I'm also no stranger to anxiety myself. I've found my garden to be the most wonderful place to find stillness when I need to relax, to practice mindfulness when my thoughts are racing, and to find rest when my soul is weary. It's a continuous reminder of the way God is always at work, growing good things and making things new.
